If you set your mail prefs to *not* "quote orig in reply" then it won't
top post... Of course then you don't have the orig quote... so you have
to select the text in the orig message; copy; reply; "paste as
quotation" (command shift v); hit return twice; and then you can type
your reply...
seems easier to just top-post...
