Yes, I'm running RAID with the 9GB and the floppy in my 7100 which is upgraded with RAM, CPU, video- card, coloured mains cable, stickers on the box, i.e. it is much better than the latest Mac mini...

Yeah, Eric, you can use two non equal volumes. Keep in mind that the RAID portions of the drives will only be as large as twice the size of the smaller drive. The rest of the larger drive will be wasted.
For maximum capacity use two drives of equal size.
