Subject: Imac/OT

The problem is that I have no access to the cd
drive; the regular imac keyboard or mouse seems not to
be working on this computer - they both work on a
regular imac. What I want to do is have access to the
cd rom drive so that I can install a different OS. How
does one open the cdrom drive in this imac? There are
no buttoms or anything for me to press so as to open
the cdrom drive.
TIA for your help.
Pete.

IIRC if you hold down the mouse button when you start the computer the
cd should eject. If that doesn't work hold Command-Option-O-F as you
start the computer which will start you up in Open Firmware. Then type
"eject cd" and press return. Finally type mac-boot and press return.
