What I *can* speculate on is that when people say things like:

...they're missing the entire point of the list:

But perhaps you could start one, since that seems to be something you feel worth focusing on.
I was merely reacting on some of the one-sided rather head in the sand vision that our Macs can do every computer task there is, that's all. No offense intended compared to some of the other mails/topics that have been going on this list the last week, but I suppose this is rather more of a sore subject.
Actually, come to think of it, this thread is all about the Mac vs. PCs in media right ?! So what's wrong about taking up the actual issue of what they can DO (and can't) rather than simply which TV show their in ???
Someone (forget who) brought up Gateway and how they were portraid in a film or something. No-one said anything.
But actual real life comparisons seem to be much more sensitive...
