Wow, something I can respond to that I actually have experience with. You MUST install the low profile RAM in the Beige Desktop. I purchased RAM for mine (I don't have it anymore) and I didn't pay attention to the 'low profile' thing. RAM came and I put it in then went to try to close the case and it wouldn't close because the RAM was blocking it. Buy the low profile!
