FWIW, the Apple Store is being updated. I was checking to see if any Minis had hit the refurb page yet. So the question is, What is being announced today?
The connotation of a lot of refurb Minis already available would not be a good thing for Apple and their marketing department. I think you may have to wait a while longer.
