So, what if they use classical music? What's the time span before music goes into the public domain? I wouldn't think anyone owns the right to Beethoven symphonies, Mozart sonatas, or Chopin nocturnes. Or do they? Well, maybe some symphony orchestra owns a particular performance of it, but they're all so similar that who's to know where you got it from? You can't watermark music, or can you?
