Wow. That will really have to be shoehorned in. The drives sit on the bottom of the unit and the side folds into it. I think you may have to arrange the drive sideways as compared to the normal 3.5 drives and even then you may have problems with clearance against the PCI cards. IDE drives are so cheap these days (let alone, the fact that the big full height SCSI drive can't be too quiet), why not just grab a new large IDE drive?
