You need to spec ADB or USB, and your OS 9 or OS X. ADB is less likely to find something like that, though with a USB card a beige G3 will work with most usb mice. You may need to load an extension called USB Overdrive.


Just be aware that on non-natively USB systems, the USB ports aren't active until the USB extensions load. This is a bigger problem with keyboards, since you need to have a functional keyboard to do things like start from a CD, etc. ON a mouse about all you lose is the ability to force CD ejection, which means you turn it off and resort to a Office Depot Disk Tool, aka a bent paper clip.
