That sounds cool but how well does the MT mobo and p/s fit?

One other solution: Drop your MT mobo and p/s into an 8600 box. Get an extra drive bay that way, and enough room on the floor for another drive.

Hi Pete,
I have the Tempo ATA133 in a 1999 (Revision B) B&W G3/350 Sonnet-ZIF
upgraded to G4/500. The TEMPO card is very good. I had the TEMPO ATA-66
before.
I have six Drives (two Hitachi 160GB, two Maxtor 120GB connected to the
TEMPO card), and two Maxtor 80 GB drives attached to the built in ATA-66(?)
bus.
One 120GB drive is sitting in the ZIP slot, the other one duck-taped onto
the internal Plextor 708 DVD drive.
Especially the Hitachis are very speedy. My boot partition is on one of
them, no problems at all...
