None of my current Macs can even boot OS 9. Minimum system any of them can boot is 10.3.5. Where does that leave me? Oh yeah, I forgot, I don't use Classic......don't even have it on any of my Macs. I'm hoping Classic support will disappear in Tiger but I doubt it. When I came to the Mac, 10.1 had just come out and I had heard HORRIBLE things about previous releases. Running 10.3.8, I can only say that it's gotten BETTER and BETTER! Running a G4 with a processor faster than 1 gig and sufficient RAM (512 minimum) FLIES! And I won't bore you with the performance of our G5's. Back when I used a PC, I'd fire up DOS and load 3.1 on occasion just for laughs.......I guess you do similar on a daily basis.
