Hi I have one of these UltraTek cards running 2 40gig hard drives under OS 10.3 in my B&W G3. It runs like a dream. So my advice to you is to ditch that beige!! Let it go man, it's had a good run. B&W G3's run so much smoother. I should know, I've just moved up from using two beige g3's myself and I am so pleased with the improvement.
