If the "[G]" was added to placate one person, why can't it be removed,
as swiftly as it was added, to please the rest of us?

Much as I hate to look like I'm arguing both sides of an issue, this
is an excellent point. I never understood how to use the filtering
and sorting, and this would be an extremely convenient way to read the
list. Sorry to say, I have just jumped on the "Ditch the "[G]"
bandwagon."
