I started with iCab because I was getting the PayPal headers with blank pages that many see using Explorer, and because my bank site no longer worked with version 5.1.6. Baron wrote that he uses PayPal with Explorer 5.1.7, so any Explorer users should update. 5.1.6 does not work with PayPal. But, I read more than one user complaint about other aspects of 5.1.7 which are inferior to previous versions. That's why I held off with the update.
I am almost certain that I had the same PayPal problem with WamCom Mozilla. But, since others have written that it is working for them, I tried it again. It works. I am like a glacier here with my software, so maybe PayPal made a change and then another change. Complaints from older browser users about not being to pay may have had an effect.
