I am a long time user of GraphicConverter and a registered user clear back to version 3 something of GraphicConverter. GraphicConverter is by Thorsten Lemke who is in Germany <http://www.lemkesoft.de/en/graphcon.htm>, also there is a OS X version of GraphicConverter.
