And Micromat is asking almost $100 for it? Wow. I think not, at least until they iron out all the bugs those people are complaining about. Sounds like TT is going the way of Norton, causing as many problems as it fixes. Too bad, after v. 3 was so good.
Guess I'll stick with Disk Warrior and Disk Utility for the time being. And I'll just wipe this bad drive and reformat it, probably the best thing to do anyway.

Tom

snipIMO- DWv3.02 and TTPv4 are the cat's meow and more than likely just about all the aftermarket Utils., you'll ever need/want. HTHsThanks Bill. I've got DW 3.0.2 (and I've had it for a long time, so if it's still the latest version I'm surprised), but my TechTool is 3.0.3 and it doesn't work with X, so I guess I'd better go get the latest version of it. Time sure flies; you just get the latest thing and suddenly, it seems, it's already way out of date. Like everything in the world of computers I guess.Yup, with OSX TTPv3 just won't cut the cake, but Yea, time sure does fly when yer busy havin' fun, and missin' all those lil' bitty updater steps up to TTPv3.09, too. So, while there orderin' yer new TTPv4, you might as well download the v3.09 update, it may come in handy on a bootable OS9.2.2 and <. I've got'em classic(?) all from OS7.5.3, 7.6.1, 8.5. 8.6, 9.04. 9.1, 9.2.1, 9.2.2, and then OSx.2.8 and x.3. runnin', so am keepin' up my various Utils., and yer right, DWv3.7 and TTPv4.03 are both out now, TTP a neat albait honkin' big download, and DW CD a buy, I think.
