I rebooted the computer and held down Cmd-Option-Shift-Delete with no disks installed and now I have os 9.1 back Phew, wayne

Hi, long story but here goes, g3 233 128meg 4 gig hd, had os 9.1 running well (should have left it alone) I installed OSX 10.2.4 straight over the top, it appears to be working fine, when asked to enter admin password I decline by hitting the X button, I downloaded on another computer delocaliser and installed it in the G3, to work it required an administrator password (which I didn't have) so I went to reinstall OSX hoping it would allow me to enter a password, that didn't happen because there wasn't enough space to install osx again, so being as smart as I am I used startdisk set it to 9.1 and restarted (hoping to be able to delete osx and restart) I now have a green screen and nothing happens I makes no difference if I have a cd in or not and wether or not I hold down the C key or any key for that matter, any help to get a fiddler back up and running
