As for CRT, I swear by ViewSonic. For LCD, I swear by Apple. Sorry, but unless you are OK with playing dead pixel lottery, Apple is the only way to go. (I have tested Viewsonic, Toshiba, and others, and all had at least 1 dead pixel, my Apple has none) YMMV, -Lavode ---------------------------------------------------------- I have 4 Dell 2001FP 20" LCDs and none of them have any dead pixels. I also just put out ~40 BENQ 17" LCDs at work. I haven't heard complaints of any dead pixels and none of the ones I have used have any that I noticed. Of course as was stated before YMMV. P.S.
