Well, there is an U160 terminator at the end of the cable.  That has always 
been there.  I have tried the HD on 2 different connectors, and turned the 
termination on the harddrive itself on and off.  BTW, if I have a terminator at 
the end of the cable, should I turn the termination on the harddrive itself on? 
 
Ill do some research on the SCSI card itself, pull it out look at it, etc.  
But knowing how everything SHOULD be set is where Id like to start.  One last 
question, does it matter which connector of the cable I use?  I was reading an 
Adaptec guide someone sent to me and it said you should add drives farthest 
away first.
