BTW: My latches are broken exactly as you described.
Curiosity got the better of me this evening, and I decided to pull
the G4's innards. Those two pieces of plastic probably started out
in life the same, but they are indeed different. The G4/450's latch
plastic has four more holes plus a notched area (kind of a half hole)
than the B&W. However, they are identical in size, and the latching
parts are the same. I was able to make the one from the B&W work by
simply adding holes where needed.
It works just fine! My door now closes securely.
