They were included with my system but I purchased it used so maybe the
previous owner added them. In any case, you can also find them online
(look
under G4 hard drive brackets). For example:

Both the single and double-decker brackets are available.
Furthermore, the frame just below the DVD-burner is meant for a zip
drive.
Is it possible to get a frame meant for a CD or DVD-drive =AD like
a DVD-RAM?
The CD/Zip drive cage is a single entity, so you'd have to replace
the whole
thing with a dual-CD drive cage (unless you're really good at metal
work).
Some of the later PowerMacs supported dual optical drives and a dual
optical
drive cage from one of them such as this one:

*MIGHT* work in a quicksilver (or be adaptable), but I haven't tried it.
