My beige G3 MT (333MHz, 768MB RAM, 20GB & 30GB HDDs) totally choked on
OS 9.2.1. I ended up reformatting and going back to OS 9.1, and have
never tried OS 9.2.2. As long as I can still run Classic applications in
emulation with OS X 10.2 on the X partition of my master drive, or boot
directly to OS 9.1 on the slave drive, I'm happy. I can't say this is a
bad knock for OS 9.2.2, but I'm just sharing my singular experience with
OS 9.2.1.
