iCab 2.9.8 -- fast, stable, good enuf for most browsing but has poor CSS support, so some pages look a bit wonky.

iCab 3.0beta -- mostly stable, great CSS support, slow because it hasn't been speed optimized yet.

** A neat feature of iCab is to be able to easily change the browser and javascript identities. If a site doesn't like you, just change! :P

WaMCom Mozilla 1.3.1 -- not as fast as iCab 2.9.8, but it does decent CSS and supports the new certificate formats.

Opera -- annoys me. *shrug*

I use iCab 2.9.8 as my primary browser (G3/266, OS 9.2.2). I think iCab
is up to 3.0 now, but for now I've seen no reason to download the update.
Too busy doing other things, I guess. ;-) In any case, Google for iCab
and you'll get to the site you can download it from.

iCab 3 is worth trying, IMO. I'm still using 2.9.8 often, because of the speed problem, but 3's CSS rendering is sweet!

FWIW,
