I just bought me happy self a B&W G3/400 (Rev 2) and want to know if someone can tell me about an upgrade.
I have a G3 Beige, with a G4/500 upgrade.
Are the two processor compatible?
Can I put the B&W G3/400 processor in the B&W, and take the G4/500 Upgrade and out it into the B&W system.
Opinions?

that's the way I'd go in your shoes.

This is the sig who says 'Ni!'

Put the PowerLogix G4/500 into the B&W, No "Bong" at startup, and no start-up.
Any switches I should look for?
Does the CUDA need to be reset?

TIA,
John

Uh, did you upgrade the firmware in the B&W to accept the G4? Did you reset the jumpers? This is not just a straight swap. Check the PowerLogix website for any more info.

Just a message from Doug...
