Hi

I have a rev 1 G3 B&W that every so often will crash.
It has 3 hard drives connected, and two versions of
OSX. 10.2.8 and on another, 10.3.9. For no apparent
reason, after using it for a good while, the screen
will suddenly dim, and a box appears instructing that
the machine needs to be restarted, hold down the
restart button etc. etc... This appears in four
different languages.

It's so annoying, but I have no idea what it could be.
It seems to happen right after I've updated any
software with executable dmg files. Is it hardware? Is
it software? Any ideas would be appreciated

Someone else will mention this, but the rev 1 had a hard drive corruption
prob. Make sure the the 2 hd's ar eon the secondary IDE channel and not the
1st. No CD-ROM but at least you can test it for a while. Or it's RAM.
