What app are you using to try and play it?
Do you have DVDPlayer.app? Or VLC.app?
DVDPlayer is an Apple app that may not have been installed if you did
not have a Super Drive in your machine. I had a time finding it, and I
don't remember exactly what I had to do, but I may have been able to
search the install discs file archives and install it from there.
VLC is an easier solution that may meet your needs. It's freeware
available at VersionTracker or MacUpdate.com. Launch it and click on
the FILE menu and OPEN VIDEO_TS folder. Navigate to the DVD and select
the VIDEO_TS folder.
