Actually, the majority of G4s (including the Sawtooth) have an Ultra ATA/66 Hard drive bus. Only some of the newer G4s had an Ultra ATA 100 bus (MDDs, FW 800). See here: http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=58418 and here: http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=42739
The 200GB drive at Fry's is a good deal and will work fine in the Sawtooth, however, the 128GB limit will still apply unless you purchase a PCI ATA 100 or 133 IDE controller card. Only then will you see the full size of the drive and get the max speed.
