Any help would be much appreciated.

There's nothing with the 'age' of your stuff that precludes using higher speed interfaces; the day I got my 7200 I connected it to ethernet long before I connected it to a dial-up connection. The process for most ISP's out there is 'Set your tcp/ip prefs for DHCP, plug it in, and go.

Your main problem is the insistence on staying with an aged operating system.

You can try the WaCom 1.31 build of Mozilla, which runs under OS 9, or iCab.

More modern browsers require more modern OS'es.
