I'm back on my iBook now so I can answer. Command A to select all of
the files and then File Save As and give it a name that means
something to you. They'll all be saved in one SEARCHABLE file.
Crude but it works. And I like being able to search for stuff if I
want to find it later without having to make it into a zip file.

OK, how do I create these archives? I guess thats what I'm
asking. I know in Outlook, there is a menu option to create an
archive, but I haven't been able to find that in Mail. I would
know what I'm searching for, so as long as spotlight can find it,
thats fine. The main thing is to archive my deleted and sent
items, they have thousands of emails in them. Thanks.
