    Yeah thats the link I got my information from.  Good site.  Long story 
short, you lose an ATA bus and a 3.5" ZIP bay.  So if you can just run your 
optical drive as a slave it should work fine.  Maybe this is bad for 
performance 
reasons, and maybe you would lose the ability to boot from the optical drive; 
Im not that familiar with ATA.  Certainly if you are using a PCI ATA or SCSI 
then one onboard ATA bus should be enough.  And if you dont plan on having more 
than 4 internal harddrives and 1 optical drive, you wont miss the ZIP bay 
being lost.
    Hmm, maybe Ill do this to mine.  I can get a 550MHz increase for $200.  
if I can get a 300MHz increase for $100 its worth it.
