If you use IE, which is quite good, get 5.1.6. iCab is not too bad now (the Beta 3), but WaMCom Mozilla 1.3 is probably the best for 9.1 I use OE but perhaps you better try what denny uses (OE works well but I likely would not get married to it in my next life...).
