I had the same email from ecost. On their site they say that the drive
was developed in conjunction with Pioneer and the specs match up with
the 108. I almost bought it, but I hate rebates.
It was even posted to the dealnews site, not dealmac, because there was
no guarantee of Mac compatibility.
