There isn't a ColorSync PDF in any of the folders under Managing
ColorSync.

This looks like a ColorSync issue between the printer and what you
see on your monitor.
To understand more of what you need to know about settings, perhaps
it would be in your best interests to read the ColorSync PDF.
Developer folder -> Documentation -> Graphics Imaging -> Conceptual
-> Managing ColorSync -> ColorSync PDF.
Some of it might be over your head, but perhaps you can get an idea
of what settings to use. The Epson software docs should also help
guide you through the ColorSync stuff.
