Dear Folks,
Has anyone used iEmulator to set up a Windoz
session in OSX? Successfully? Or not?
www.iemulator.com
It's cheap and supposed to be faster than the open
source stuff or VPC on OSX.... if it works?
Another software question, specifically for Bruce:
I noticed you commented on DragonBurn as being less
than great. I'm curious which version you tried and
what it didn't do for you. Your having more
professional responsibilities that could make demands
on this versus my home use could be a factor.
Maybe I'm just easily impressed, but I've been
using version 4.0.22 for several months and like it a
lot. Probably not the fastest burn but utterly
reliable for everything I've asked it to do including
boot disk backup copies (using Overburn), DVDs,
Windows/Joliet, whatever. Maybe the speed thing?
Had it on 3 B&Ws with Panther so far and I think a
Beige on Jaguar was in there somewhere. Never got it
going on OS9 but didn't try that hard either. Used to
like Roxio best, now this, and my son praises Nero
(the software), which I'll use when I have to...
different strokes...
Peace
Jim
