I agree to reinstall the combo update first. It's nearly always the
easiest thing to try for System issues.
"[411]: Lookup of pbs in "com.apple Services Server" failed!"
This is evidently a known bug, and there is a partial fix that can
stop the freeze perhaps. See:

ran DiskWarrior on my drive to repair tons of "Overlapped file
extent", "Keys out of order" and "Incorrect block count" errors.
I've had similar problems that DiskWarrior failed to repair that
TechTool Pro 4 did seem to repair, although the time required was
very large and I could have don't a full archive reinstall quicker,
so it probably wasn't worthwhile.
