Is PayPal safe to use? Any experience? And what about Kagi?
I've never had a problem with Paypal - either sending *or* receiving. BUT... I did have problems getting their website to work well when I was using Netscape Navigator. I occasionally had problems also with Explorer & Paypal... it would just "freeze up" in the process of sending a payment, etc and was VERY frustrating.
