The best way for me to figure out how much of a performance boost by 'Ocing i am getting has to be (forgive me if im wrong) by measuring the frame rate of the program I use. Now, in general, does the program itself have a way of outputting the frame rate or is there a seperate program that measures frame rates. So what Im asking is how do i figure out what frame rate im getting? i am using X-Plane 8.11 and Panther.
