I remember the "old days" when computers were treated like Sacred Objects.
Food, drink, or anything else that you could potentially spill/drop into the
keyboard was kept miles away from the machine.  I guess it's a measure of
how cheap computers/peripherals are now that you've got people eating and
drinking (watering plants?) near them.
