Adobe problem solved.
Still cannot print in OS X when Classic running

Then that has got to be an issue with the Epson driver. Is the Epson driver installed in classic as well? (probably is, if you're printing from Classic) Then what's happening is you're getting contention between the Classic driver and the OS X one. I've seen this before, though with HP drivers.

This accounts for Classic not working, either. It WOULD work if you could boot into OS 9 but that's not possible.

Try running Extension manager in Classic, disabling all the Epson driver stuff, then restarting Classic. I'll wager your OS X driver starts working then.

What programs do you NEED Classic for? Perhaps we can suggest alternatives.
