I don't know if this will help or not. I had a B&W which froze a lot. I'd take it into the shop and never would. Long story short, the problem was too close of a fit in a computer desk and the thing was overheating. I put the B&W on my desktop and the problem was solved. 'Course this was in pre-Tiger days.
