Im a male. And there is nothing dehumanizing about the word male or female. Go look up the definition. Your gender is either male or female. Obviously everyone on this list is human, so Dan asking for a female will naturally bring only replies from human females, which is what he is trying to accomplish. Just because you have certain rules to what words you choose to or to not use doesn't mean anyone else should abide by your rules. If I choose to use words according to their definitions then I will do so.
