Dennis Myhand <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote a program which would speak back to him the words he had typed...does anyone know a program which could do this?
Dennis, regarding speech on 8.1 on an All-in-one - Simple text will speak what is highlighted, as will Appleworks 6. Don't know if AW 6 will run on 8.1 though. Also, in OS 9 there are speakable items so you can give the computer verbal commands and it can talk back, but again, I haven't used 8.1 in a long time, so don't know if that feature is in it. Good luck. Virginia S. Moe [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- G-List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
