Greetings,
My 12" PowerBook G4 has started making clicking noises despite there
being no input whatsoever (no mouse movements, no keyboard use, no
other external factors).
I have shut off speakers to isolate the clicks from the audio system,
but this apparently has nothing to do with it.
The only recent major change has been OS upgrade from 10.4.2 to 10.4.3
I have been using PowerBooks ever since they were introduced and this
is the first time I've had clicking noises.
I remember seeing a couple of posts on this problem quite some time
ago but cannot remember the details.
Any advice will be much appreciated.
TIA.
Alain.
