Boot from your OS X DVD.  Use it's tool to change the password.

Or...

Boot on the 80 GB.

From the Finder do a get-info on the 200 GB drive's desktop icon.

View the drive's ownership & permissions and open the Details. Make sure you have access. If you don't, click on the lock icons to let you change them...
