Hi.
I have this on a G3 iMac SE, and it works and sounds great!
It uses the USB and somehow sends sound via USB interface in OS 9(I use 9.2.2). Not sure how it'd work in OSX,but if you use the classic interface it should work great.
The eMac is very similar to iMac I guess,so should work great.
