I bought an Optical MS mouse because the driver for OS9 was available. Over 20 bucks wholesale here. The mouse is great but the cord is way too stiff. Will eventually strip the outer cover of the cable. Cordless sound like a good idea but the weight of the batteries make the optical a better choice. But you need to strip the insulation for best results.

The driver for Windows is quite buggy.

The other day, I was at a computer store looking at mice. Ended up checking out keyboards. I really hate to say it - but Microsoft has some nice products. I donno about their functionality, but their feel is great.
