Trust me, there is no way to use the main AOL program to post to these lists using AOL for OS X. I have a program that AOL should have on their website which has a plain text option. Or, there may be other programs, though I think setting them up for your AOL account may be a bit complicated. Also, you should be able to post to the list if you write mail through aol.com
