Such a thing requires that the data you want to "appear" exist
in an accessible format, normally a database. You could construct
such a thing in AppleWorks, though if you have access to it, I
would probably use FileMaker Pro as it is a bit more flexible.

If the student data exists already and you can access that data
as a starting point, the task would take much less time.
