Hi,

I recently posted about a Quicksilver that had problems, and I now have the machine so I can do further testing to try and get it running. When powering it up, even with nothing (no VC, RAM, HD) the power light illuminates, the fan spins up, and almost immediately shuts off, the light goes out and the fan spins down and stops. There is no chime or breaking glass sound from the speaker. I suspect the power supply, but I would be interested to do more testing if that would help further. Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks,
Chris
