This is kind of an old school question/follow-up to the previous:

You didn't say what kind of keyboard you are using, but the
older beige ADB keyboards do nicely if disassembeled and run
through the dishwasher on the top shelf. Let them dry for a
couple of days and good as new!

Can the same be done for Apple's first ergonomic keyboard, that cool one that came in several parts, and whose main section could "spread out" ergonomically"? Can it, too, be taken apart and cleaned like that?

I have a few I'd like to get working properly again.
